Cooking Classes with Chef Mark Anthony

See Menu Book for Specific Menus for the classes and Dinners. A 50% Non-Refundable Deposit is due when you sign up for your class. The balance is due 1 week prior to your class.  Get $10 off your class when you pay for the entire tuition upon signing up for the class. Prices include Tax.


Participants will prepare a 5 course (Three courses with Wine).Italian Feast Family Style.  Taste and learn about some of the hottest Italian wines for 2010. This is a six hour course. Maximum class size is 14.



Chef Mark Anthony will prepare a five course dinner featuring cuisine from America’s Mid West Region. 3 Courses with Wine. See Menu for Details. Tickets $60.00 Reservations limit 20 guest.



Master the art of making freshly baked bread and learn to make two perfect soup classics French Onion & Lobster Bisque. Class Limit is 16.


Chef Mark Anthony will prepare a five course Parisian feast with wine from four of the best regions in France. See Menu for details. Tickets $60.00. Reservation limit 20 guest .          
 


Participants will learn about and prepare a five course French dinner applying classic and contemporary French cooking methods. Wine will be discussed and tasted with 3 courses.  Class Limit is 14. $85 per person.
